Scrub and Re-Coat: Scrubbing the top layer of dirty wax and recoating the floor will extend the life of your floor finish and prolong the time between the more expensive strip and wax procedures.

Strip and Wax: Stripping a tile floor becomes necessary when the wax discolors because of age and abuse and must be removed. Putting several layers of wax on the bare tile brings the floor back to a beautiful and safe walking surface that will last a very long time.
